HDR10+ Technologies Announces Program For Licensing and Logo Certification

audioholics.com

------

An interesting tidbit, 20th Century Fox seems like the feature studio on board with HDR10+, and they were just acquired by Disney, firmly in the Dolby Vision camp. Disney also has a controlling interest in Hulu now, and they plan to offer their own streaming service next year. Netflix has a ton of DV content. Strictly from the way the players are lining up, this looks like Dolby Vision's battle to lose. I also think Dolby Atmos emerging as a standard(even Samsung is on board) provides a significant advantage to DV over HDR10+.
