Simple, MU is technically a long. Pullbacks will occur permitting new positions. Its 10, 21 and 50 day moving averages are moving north. The stock based in the mid-twenties. I don't view such a stock as a short candidate. Hence, I'll buy on dips because the trend is turning up. If you want to short a stock, try QCOM.
