NC - I don't know what excuse they could use to file after today's deadline. TEAM YELLOW has had ~11 weeks to replace Mustapic OR contract out preparation of the Year End financials. The Annual Statements are, by definition, reviewed and verified by independent auditors. I expect them to file on time.
