The third license (export) as provided by the Colombian Health Ministry. Bruce Duncan is winding up an epic cannabis deal. Looking like a huge score for those investors that recognize Duncan's inherent ability to get things done ........ buy the deals he has cleaned up and wait ...... because when he finds the right deal, the first pass and potentially the second makes you shitloads of money. Will surely see some developments on the Miller file soon as the legal stuff goes deep ...... and in the meanwhile ........ a Colombian cannabis deal is certainly welcome. Some serious players getting involved in Colombia, timing couldn't be any better.
