Flemings sounds like a place I would try, but there's none around Western NY. I don't know how could you be from, or live in Texas and not like Steak. <g> Tilman Fertitta is from Texas. Being the cost cutter he is. Just venturing a guess. Consolidation in his casual dining group would save him even more money. Just thinking the Houston Rocket owner in Bite could eventually bring myself an afternoon delight.
