Next short idea is recent IPO resTORbio (TORC). All their data from their lead program is highly spun failure, as neatly summarized here: RTB101 spin The spin has been working, as the stock is in the midpoint of its trading range. The CEO was recently said everything else in the pipe is preclinical, so focus is on RTB101, and on finding a partner for it. Ha! No prospective partner would look at this data and offer anything real. If they get any deal at all, it would be so backend loaded, they'd have to raise as soon as the deal was announced.
