Just to clarify things CYGS and Biogenix are the same entity. A contact at the company told me that at some date in the not distant future that Cryogenic Solutions Inc (CYGS) will change it's name to US Biognix. At this time the company is still CYGS.

I think as many people as possible should alert Joe Kernen at CNBC about the similarity of CYGS to GERN. Joe can be emailed at squawk@cnbc.com
