Wow ... some action on the APCO board tonight. I was beginning to wonder if everyone had abandoned the stock. Now it seems as though people are coming back ..... and just in time too. Manny, your analysis is right on IMO. Robert .... 1-3 days for 2 points..... well that's pretty quick .... but then again ..... an earnings surprise/news announcement/analyst reco .... any of these could do that.
