You may be misunderstanding how Viagra works.The studies as I read them indicate the CONTINUED NEED FOR stimulation for 1/2 to 1 hour in order to have enough vasodilating Nitrous oxide produced; ( Viagra blocks it's subsequent degradation, thus allowing it to lingr longer and vasodilate penis-----> erection ).Remember, THESE ARE SICK NERVES AND ARTERIES: they will only produce little nitous oxide. you have to keep banging at Johnny for a long time to get enough NO to vsodilat. I don't think at all this is a minor point for truly organic ED. Now if in the studies used thr parients were normal,gg,( psychogenic ED ), then yeah ,you can say " take pill at 10 meet at 11 ".No; with truly ED, the system I think will be " I 'll take pill at 10, we''ll start working after 20-30 min and keep at it another 15-30 min until I get an erection".
