Bob, I understand the number of chips calculation (pi*r**2 is the useable wafer area, dies along the 2pi*r perimeter are rejected), not sure though where 200 sq mm per die number comes from. Is this the minimal area needed to fit 64mb at .25?

In any case, I would rather be wrong than right in this discussion. Will check with my MU source though.
