I know one major telco is upgrading its Europe WAN FR network from Stratcom
to Cascade boxes. Who is losing to whom?

What telco would that be? I guess it isn't British Telecom or Deutsche Telekom, both of whom are two of the biggest on the continent, and both are registered on having Cisco Powered Networks!
