Stockman, There is no Dresden debt. AMD has a sweetheart deal from the german goverment and Saxony. AMD bought the land for cash. Dresden bank lends the money to build the fab to a development agency. The loan is guaranted by the German gov and the state of Saxony. The agency builds the plant for AMD in exchange for bring the technology and hiering German workers. Seimens and Motolola are doing the same thing. Don't you read anythng you talk about?
