An Administrator (ie-SI_Ron) is the only one who can banish (permanent) or ban (temporary) a poster from all of SI. The Moderator of a board can only ban posters from his/her own board. Both Stockdogg (permanently banished) and Reflection (temporarily banned) were disciplined by an SI Administrator. I am surprised you didn't know this. As you said: "Too Funny."
