Holmes, I have much faith in this company and its technology. I'm sure when they do get this information out we shall do just fine. But I am appalled at what I see going on in the marketplace. This kind of manipulation is far beyond what I consider to be ethical practices. Yesterday's action was about the most blatant disregard for fair markets I have ever seen. Somebody is keeping a lid on this stock, for what I believe to be the reasons I've mentioned above. Knowing that a certain firm is still short MANY shares, I look for this pattern to continue. Wouldn't it be nice if you or I could go out and buy/sell a couple hundred thousand shares, and not have to worry about unloading them because we could collude with others to make sure we got out at a certain price. To date, I don't see SEXI doing much halt this kind of activity. To be honest, I'm not sure what they can do, other than release news and make sure their NASDAQ application is hurried along. I suppose they also could be in touch with the SEC. Perhaps they are, I don't know. All I'm saying is that if I don't perceive the company doing anything to prevent this kind of activity, I will take it upon myself to make sure my complaints are heard. I've invested far too much money in this to have some MM scumbag play around with the company. In the meantime, the company could be true to their word and announce the news that both Huttoe and PR said ARE coming this week and next. That's all it takes -- deliver on what you've promised. I'm a nice guy and all -- but I did not invest my money in this company so a bunch of MMs could play around with this stock, with no regard for any rules of fair play. If the company is not going to put a halt to this, then perhaps we should......
