Maurice,

How are things down under? I have been traveling so much over the "vacation" it seems like I need another (Wash DC, San Fran, San Diego, Cleveland,Boston over past 2 months). I have lost track of SI and need to get reaquainted. Following SI threads has been the best source of investment insight and always beats the tidbits my broker has to say.

Thanks for thinking of me. I am very interested in a phone which can do it all ( everything would be nice). I currently have the Q phone and enjoy it but I am really looking forward to a CDMA ISP to come on line so I can do my web browsing/emailing everywhere.

As far as deals are concerned, there are so many out there right now it is hard to say where one should start. I have been trying to take advantage of the low interest rates and stock up on some cheap money vis a vis property (my target is 6.875%). I am also interested in buying either some ORCL (my target is 17) *and* some Qualcomm (my
target, which my not occur, is about 42).

It looks as thought the demand for bonds will take a few more point away from the equity investors and drive down interest rates even more. I estimate the high tech sector will take advantag eof these lower rates and will start to show significant earnings in the April to May time frame.

Good luck,

Leland
