Do you know what a leaky bucket being filled is? You need an exponential curve to fill a leaky bucket or the level reaches a stable point with inflow matched by outflow. Filling air with CO2 isn't simple though so-called scientists have simplistic models. The bloody CO2 is leaking out into sedimentary layers on the ocean floor that are kilometres thick before they get to subduction zones where there us some volcanic recycling. It's raining radiolarians, not to mention whales and megatons of other mortal remains. There is also a dirty great CO2 sink where the Gulf Stream goes to the bottom of the ocean for 1000 years. I bet you haven't calculated how much CO2 goes down like that or even seen that mentioned by so-called Settled Scientists. I calculated it years ago with the posts in SI somewhere. You can do it yourself because the data is readily available. CO2 was at 8000 parts per million once upon a time before Gaia got suicidal and had to invent man to solve the problem. Men fixed it.
