Actually, the IG had a bunch of critical comments and the FBI does not typically try to pre-empt the DOJ's decision as to whether or not to prosecute an individual. What I found and many legal experts found to be incongruous about the IG report was that the IG found bias in some of the investigators, but then found that the conclusion not to investigate Hillary further or recommend for prosecution was NOT biased. That doesn't pass the sniff test. We know without a shadow of a doubt from the texts from Strokzy that the lead investigator of Hillary was biased in her favor and VERY biased against Trump. That is classic fruit of the poisoned tree. All conclusions from that person and ratification of those conclusions would logically be biased. The IG punted for political expediency, plain and simple.

This stinks to high heaven.
