Appearantly, Jello is made from swine (pork) cartilages. I didn't know this until I made a so-worker a creamcheese-jello pie for her birthday. She appreciate the suggestion, but was a complete vegetarian and said the gelatine was derived from animal products. I did believe her, so I called Jell-O They confirmed the animal products.
