Nope the IG does not say Comey was right. The IG report was actually pretty damning all the way through it, until they came to the conclusion, which is incongruous with the rest of the report. It's odd. It's like they knew something went wrong, but then punted so they wouldn't take heat.

It's like if I told you that the police officer yelled racial epithets, beat up the victim, kicked him while he was down, planted drugs on him, and then cuffed him and booked him. And in my conclusion I summarized that the police officer did nothing wrong. That would leave everyone scratching their heads at the obvious punt in the conclusion. That was what the IG report was like. The IG said that Strokzy was biased, but that Comey's conclusion was not. But that's a logical fallacy. Strokzy WAS biased as evidenced by his obviously biased texts. he was the lead investigator on the Hillary crimes. Ergo & QED, the investigation WAS biased. The IG punted, plain and simple.
