Oh serendipity, I was just reading your recipe again with my mind surrendering to the sweet thoughts of tenderloin this and tenderloin that when my little songbird of a son came into the room and asked, "Mommy, what's that song I used to sing in maternelle?"

"Le Sud" by the amazing Franco-Italian Nino Ferrer is a classic. I hope you enjoy it as well:)
