Henry: I gave details in an earlier post on successful reverse splits, so a counter word that it doesn't "always happen." In fact, I believe the shares of this stock will be very tight after the reverse split. If the company had plans to increase the number of shares shortly after the reverse split, that is when we could have trouble. The key, as always, remains in the future contracts. If those develop, then we are ok.
