Allan: Thank you for the posting. Noted no announcement but I don't have access to real time EDGAR. So 45 days until we see the annual results. I wonder what the excuse is this year. Regardless of the pending litigation, I don't see how a company can go 90 days into the next fiscal year and still not know what the results of the previous year were. I guess I am too demanding. Wish I had exitted this puppy a year ago. Glenn
