The ZEN Pumpers have developed group amnesia They continue to tell the world that AE halted Jordan’s work for lack of funds. They have forgotten that evidence to the contrary is there for all to see.
Let’s look at the FACTS.
May 9 2016 – ZEN Rights Offering Circular – Zen is raising ~$3,000,000 through a Rights Offering. $1,200,000 is earmarked for “Production of additional samples for testing of Albany Graphite applications” and $800,000 was designated to “Marketing and Business Development Programs”.
Sep 26 2016 – ZEN NR – Zenyatta “today announced it has commenced a two-Part metallurgical program designed to provide data for the start of a pre-feasibility phase on its Albany graphite project located in northern Ontario, Canada. The program will be carried out at SGS Canada Inc. (“SGS”) in Lakefield, Ontario under the supervision of Zenyatta’s project manager James Jordan, P.Eng.
Sep 27 2016 – ZEN NR – Zenyatta “is pleased to announce the signing of a contribution agreement with the National Research Council Of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP). Zenyatta Will receive technical advisory services and a financial contribution of up to $350,000 From NRC-IRAP to support Zenyatta’s Metallurgical program designed to provide data for the start of a pre-Feasibility phase on its Albany Graphite project as announced in the Company’s September 26, 2016 News release."
To Review: As well as the $1,200,000 to $2,000,000 from the RO, up to $350,00 was provided by NRC-IRAP for the Metallurgical work that was being "done at SGS Canada Inc. (“SGS”) in Lakefield, Ontario under the supervision of Zenyatta’s project manager James Jordan, P.Eng.”
Apr 25 2017 – ZEN NR – Zenyatta is pleased to announce that the completed flotation pilot testing portion of the ongoing metallurgical work has yielded successful results…… This Metallurgical pilot program will be on-going for the next several months and completed in the first half of 2017.
So Part 1 of the 2 part Metallurgical Program was completed SUCCESSFULLY in Apr 2017 and Part 2 was expected to be completed within 11 weeks (by the end of June 2017).
In July 2017 (thanks to the posts of Peter Marshall and Glorieux on Agoracom) we learned that Part 2 was finished on schedule and that Jordan’s Report was "in for editing”. A dispute between Zen supporters then took place regarding how long it would take to finish the editing and file the report. Peter Marshall posted that Mara had told him "3 to 6 months". Choo-Choo accused Mr Marshall of lying and posted on Jul 14, 2017 that after talking to the “company” twice, he was confident the Report would be filed in "4-6 weeks" (ie by the end of August 2017). There was NEVER any doubt that Jordan's work was DONE.
ZEN had access to at least $1,550,000 of earmarked funds in the 9-10 month period between initiating Metallurgical testing on Sep 26, 2016 and completing the work at SGS in late June or Early July of 2017. Apparently Zenners now believe that wasn’t enough time and/or money to solve the often denied “metallurgical Issues”.
Zen’s own financial statement at June 30, 2017 show that ZEN had over half a million dollars in Current Assets. THEY DEFINITELY HAD ENOUGH CASH TO "EDIT" THE REPORT.
In light of the above FACTS, do members of the flock still believe Jordan’s work was halted because of lack of funds?
