Welfare is when you take my money to give to someone else. Tax cuts are when you take my money and then give me a bit of my money back. This is why you Socialists need to be locked up, or at the minimum, kept out of our government. You are thieves at heart. Having said that, I believe in balanced budgets and would focus on spending cuts, not tax cuts, if I had any power in government.
