I don’t see how more bi-partisan ship is a good thing. The idea is to argue things out and figure out what is best. While we've had single party rule on some big things, like ACA, fixing SS, MCR, and the rest are bipartisan and both parties are paralyzed in fear.

I really haven’t any idea what the solution is but tricks to make the electorate less diverse don’t seem like a plan to me.

I’d love to see the number of parties multiplied, but that can’t happen, either, I don’t think.
