This may not convince you, but I'll throw it out there anyway. Atmospheric pressure at sea level varies with the weather, but is considered normal at 14.7 psi. That's less than half the normal amount of pressure used to air up a tire. So, a spacesuit only has to maintain 'less than half' the pressure of the tires on your car in order to keep someone at sea level pressure. However, at 6,000 ft one can still live comfortably, and the pressure there is only around 12 psi. So you might imagine that the pressure of a space suit is set to some setting between 12 psi and 15 psi. It really doesn't require very much physical strength in the materials of the suit to hold in 15 psi. Plus, the bottled air being carried with the suit can easily replace what leaks out, if any.
While it's true that, in light of the deep state's activities since Eisenhower, we need to be skeptical of any official version, we can rest assured that the technology to go to the moon was no great feat. As to whether it really happened, well you just have to aggregate the available information and decide for yourself. It's highly unlikely, in my opinion, that the mission was faked, for reasons already expressed by HB. |
