Bill, sorry to be vague on that "1:30 kickoff" but I couldn't find the original post to respond to. I thought it was you who pointed out that lately the buy programs were kicking in at 1:30PM. I believe the phrase was something like "no earlier, no later". I was just remarking because both the Naz and the Dow seemed to get another up boost yesterday at 1:30 once again. If it was from you, I was just asking if there were any gerneral rules of thumb about their duration say before any sell programs would start, or any related comments. If it wasn't you, sorry for the confusion & thanks anyway! Tom
