As Barron's mentions this week weekend, Don, the size of the financing package for Tesla could be significantly smaller then the number being reported. Musk holds a 20% stake in the company while the other top 5 shareholders who may want to be included own 34%.

Maybe less then 50/50 chance of happening but certainly not out of the question.
