I wear prescription eyeglasses, progressive bifocals. I had my optometrist make a pair of computer glasses, single vision for the distance to the screen with a filter coating that blocks the blue light almost entirely. When I replace them, I’ll have them made as bifocals. The single vision lenses bother me whenever I look up from the screen. Anyway, this is the best way I have found to protect my eyes from the blue light thing. I keep the eyeglasses next to my computer.
