Justin Trudeau the first leader in history to undergo a sex change while in office. According to the Gay Times of Canada, Prime minister Trudeau will soon fly down to Los Angeles to undergo sexual re-assignment surgery. Trudeau will be operated on by the world famous Russian sex change surgeon Dr. Ivana Kutsenustov. Dr. Kutsenutsov is the same surgeon who recently performed sexual assignment surgery on Caitlin (formerly known as Bruce) Jenner. Trudeau and Jenner have become fast friends since Jenner underwent the surgery. "Caitlin inspired me to become Justine" says Trudeau. Trudeau's surgery will be less invasive as Jenner's as Justin apparently had little in the way of balls to begin with.
