Laws bereft of justice are the gateway to tyranny.
so let's examine that:

People who lawfully immigrate to the US go through the legal process and are penalized through taxation more than illegal immigrants flooding in from all over the world. Illegal immigrants simple work cash, get a phony ID etc. so aren't bound to the legal system of taxation we have.

Democrats(and many Republicans) support illegal immigration for various reasons. Dems because of illegal immigrants voting D, R's because they like cheap labor.

So we agree, as does your writer, that there should be fair play(justice) for immigrants.

What do you propose to "fix" it?
