There's more to the short report than meets the eye.

Ask yourselves a simple question: why would anyone short a stock selling at .34?

Answer: Because whoever is behind the over 4+ years of shorting Nano has an ulterior motive------ to BUY as much stock as possible from the panicked retail sellers who own most of the "float".

Think back a year and note how easy it was to reduce the short position from over 2 million shares to the current 200,000 or so.

Now think of the many months that the remaining short position has not been closed out, but remains conveniently stagnant at 200,000 +/-.

I'm convinced the agenda by some entity----- like a Cabal of hedge funds that have NO REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ---------- is to acquire as much stock as possible before Anil finally moves aggressively into the clinic.

On Wednesday the institutions have to report for the period ending June 30.

I suspect a large number will have sold out.

Who did they sell to?

You guessed it ------- the same Cabal that 2 years ago admitted they then owned 12.6 million shares!

Carefully watch when I report the institutional final numbers for the quarter.
