What happened 100 years ago has nothing to do with today. Thinking immigrants are fungible is faulty. Jews from Germany was an excellent idea. Murdering Moslem marauders are not. Third world unintelligent violent people with negative value are not. Tradable Citizenship that recognizes the value new citizens acquire is the way to choose immigrants.
