I was talking to a Nigerian about looting and stealing last night. He said the police were three days away from his village and if someone stole or committed a bad crime all the able bodied males in the village would go after the guy. Jungle-Justice would be putting five or six tires around the perpetrator, dousing it with gas and lighting it.
