Leo, Sounds right to me..... I haven't understood their decision to use Linux on their N/C's - since as you and others have pointed out that there is no Java VM/JIT compiler yet supported (Eveline?). As far as their other products go, it just speeds up Corel's future Java-based software apps. on a windows machine. But as I understand it, these java apps (&components) are being written to run on N/C's or other non-windows operating systems withJava VM's (most all - but slow) or JIT compilers (are there any other than windows/mac versions?). Can't see the huge benefit here to corel..... Hope I'm wrong (any software heads out there?) x-fingers Pete (com'n layoffs! & $4.00 Cdn)
