Is there a way to permanently select a photo/scene/whatever background when Windows 10 starts and one has to enter one's password? At the top, right, there's a place to select if one likes or does not like, but after a short time, seeing something I actually like, I get something new (groan), quite often something I would not expect to see given past things I have clicked as not liking.

This might sound silly to some, but I do not, as is REALLY do not, like anything with water. Call it living in an area of the States that is prone to flood. Right now I see a field of flowers--but sooner rather than later it is going to be rating backgrounds again.

If someone knows how I can pick something for good, it will be greatly appreciated. Once I get past that sign-in page, what I want never changes.
