Hi Dave, maybe there is a littly hope yet for us. At the very least I think we have bottomed out but if there is much upside who knows. It probably is a good idea to do some dollar cost averaging as they are an established company with properties in good areas, not some remote part of the world where you don't have a clue what the hell is going on and who to believe.
