Linda and all, I understand your frustration w/ the price movement yesterday, however, to prove MM manitpulation will be extremely difficult. The BB and OTC in general is a negatiated market and only the MM's get to negotiate. Thats why they can work out "deals" to move 500K blocks and not move the price, while our 10k orders move the bid/ask. On the OTC BB a MM only has to honor their retail quote for 500 shares.(Whoever's taking the 7 can check this, but that may have been in the series 8). To prove collusion, (ie droping price to help each other) will be tough. All the MM's have to say is "look there's no news..just hype, we're justified to move the price down." End of case. The complaints to the NASD may make you feel good but I doubt it will do anything. I won't trade this stock on price or technicals, the stock is too young. I'll make my decisions on the fundamentals. And in MHO the fundamentals are better than ever...like management said the deals will come. Plus, it's been mentioned that the Sprint deal will be announced by Sprint, not SEXI. Hang tight all!! We'll be heading to clearer skys soon, this turbulence will be behind us. Kevin
