TG: I think that at this point in time there really is no purpose served by most of the discussion here. So, I have a question that may be an interesting one, or not, I don't know.
Keep in mind, that I am not sure which side this may apply to, I guess it would depend on the results of the squeeze, if there is one. OR IF AT ALL, TO ANYONE.
I believe that the guy in california, committed a criminal act. I am not a a lawyer, so what I say means nothing, obviously, but I think it could be an interesting topic for discussion, in the abscence of any news.
If he did commit a criminal act, is it possible that the act gets carried through to people who were in contact with him, and then through to people who were in contact with those people?
thomas.loc.gov
remember, the original guy in calif, I believe was a broker/dealer...so this law probably applies to him.
As far as the other side goes, I don't mind discussing that aspect of it either, but since I brought it up, I would like to discuss it from the first side first, and then we could move on to the second side. i realy am interested in this, because, I am wondering if this applies to any thread, not just ours. al
