Hi Don: My take on the Novonyx thing (and let me say completely my ...
opinion and unsubstantiated), is that there was and has been some
kind of "disconnect" with this deal. I know some of the people that
moved over to Novonyx from Novell when it happened, and I was
surprised when they did go. As you know from this board, it never has
been made (completely) <sic> clear what the contribution of Novonyx
would be to Novell other than the implication that it's (Novonyx)
presence would aid in selling Novell product. At least that's how I
saw it. I think (again IMO), that this move is taking care of a
"problem" and not seizing "some kind of" opportunity. Netscape is in
big hurts right now. If NOVL owns their stock, (I don't know), then
NOVL's investment record is consistent with what they have with COSFF.
