Michael we need to see a lot more of the details. Regardles of what they term the finacing it will have a dilutive impact. In a technical sense it may not dilute equity but there will be repayment terms that will effectively dilute the earning power of the equity. I don't have a problem with that as you need to give something up to get the finacing. In fact as I think of it since this financing may be designed to get Liadkol into production it may be less expensive than the licensing arrangement with BMY. All in all this appears to be very good news and kudos to the company for acting swiftly following the BMY debacle. Henry
