Pugs, please refrain from your attacks and reread my questions:

if RMCW does not have an active phone line, how do they communicate with their financier, RMIL, receive bank notification of
receipt of $5,000,000, and stay in touch with customers? Is the lack of phone line, short term? Lack of phone lines are not consistent with good business practice.

It was reported here that the corporate phone line is not active. I do not know if it is or not, that is why I started my question with,
if.
