Hi Joe & Don. It seems to me that Netscape is just jettisoning some ballast, what with layoffs, etc. You know - "focusing on core strengths to align with market opportunities" - or some such thing. I think Netscape foisted it back on them. I also believe that this is a positive for Novell but we still don't know what the whole damn debacle cost. Maybe they made out OK. Maybe they got fleeced. Hopefully they made out better than they did on COSFF. Rich
