IntriCon Corporation (IIN) - increased position by 15% w/ Buy @ $55.45/share

IntriCon Corporation (NASDAQ:IIN) has priced public offering of 1.5M common stock at $55.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 20.

Net proceeds of ~$77.3M will be utilised to repay debt, to fund capital expenditures, to repurchase and retire 500K common stock from certain of its directors and officers, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes

IIN is a GARP stock on steroids. Took the proceeds from earlier sale at $63/share and bought a 2nd lot of shares at $55.45/share to increase original position by 15%.

Value buyers are buying SENEA to over $32.00/share. This is/was an undervalued GN candidate but earnings last few quarters had many one time expanses from plant closure, integrating new asset buys so market not sure what normalized EPS are. I think they are higher and have this on my Buy list on any pull back. Management still making a lot of asset Sales & Buys that will help reduce expenses and expand their product portfolio.

This same "create value" theme working w/ PBH, BGS and NWL.

FWIW, started position in ABB w/ 16 PE. They are/were No. 2 in my Industrial Process Management screen. Other in that screen include, HON, ROK, EMR, SIEGY
