The rating criteria are described in a sidebar--there's a link from the page that contains the article. In any event, such ratings are meaningless. It's not clear to me that the factors in the ratings are mutually exclusive, or that all of those factors are deserving of equal weighting. Ratings like that are pushed by the market research companies, and lapped up by an ignorant and lazy public.
