PeakSoft Appoints New Chief Operations Officer and Corporate Counsel
Bellingham, WA. January 15, 1998 - PeakSoft Corporation (PKT.ASE), a leader in the development of award-winning Internet productivity and communication software, today announced two executive appointments. Timothy Metz has become Chief Operations Officer, bringing 30 years of experience in operations, business development and financing for manufacturing and high technology companies. In addition to managing high growth companies Metz has prepared and completed a successful registration of common stock with a previously listed NASDAQ company.
Calvin Patterson has been appointed to the position of Corporate Counsel for PeakSoft. Mr. Patterson has over 17 years of corporate legal experience, running his own successful practice. Mr. Patterson will manage all corporate agreements in the areas of distribution, licensing and strategic partnering. In addition, Mr. Patterson will focus on intellectual property, patents and reporting requirements for the corporation.
