Mel I'm familiar with E-Data. I've taken 2 positions in during the past year....for me that has been a sell on news stock. I currently have a position in the stock...with a net cost of Zero. I understand E-Data is waiting for a date on the Markman(sp) phase of the trail.....and that's an if and when. Interesting to note the stock yesterday was .5625, I believe the low was .50. Had me considering whether to pick up some or just leave it alone. In your opinion Mel do you think a date on the Markman phase will move the stock? Of course if the Markman is not set....is the company worthless?
