AMZ era and its effects on the overall economy.

John it is very apropos that you name it Amazon era.

Isn't the AMZ era a result of the QE and dollar flooding?

Investments in new technologies and new business models, usually destroys jobs before it creates a new wave of different type of jobs. Peter Drucker said so.

Please don't take me as a neo-luddite.

The AMZ era built with ultra low interest rates, is marked -or at least is transpiring so far- destroys what it finds but leaves nothing in its place.

I am not blaming Jeff Bezos, he took what was there to take and he took it. Perhaps we will not see a new wave of jobs created by the AMZ era.
