Prosperous Soul, I have no idea. Without really knowing anything about the company they purchased it is hard to say. Per speculation, possibly a combination of shares, assumtion of debt from aquired company and the owners of the private company carrying a convertible note for the balance. Or a reverse merger. It appeares that you guys have already discussed this sum what. I don't know if you guys arrived at any conclusions or not. A similar deal happened recently with the LUNN/TPG reverse merger. One thing I know for sure if this is the case, it will be extremely confusing. When all was said and done LUNN (smaller company) came out on the short side of the stick. At least for the short term.
