Greg,

I really thought that we would have seen your two year target by now. In fact, I re-established a position in SOLP while it was climbing towards $4.50 in response to the warrant repurchase program just a few months ago. My comparative analysis with Winston Resources led me to an incorrect decision when I purchased my SOLP shares.

There is no question that SOLP will hit $6.30 during the next two years. My short sighted approach towards investing may not allow me to wait as long as two years. Currently I plan to hold SOLP as we approach the next earnings release date scheduled in mid-February and possibly trade my holdings for a competitor that has caught my interest by the name of Winston Resources (WRS). Winston Resources should report year end and 4th quarter results sometime in March '98 so the timing could be just right for the switch. I really like WRS under $5.00. Subject 18310
